What is Rapid NFR? RAPID NeuroFascial Reset is a soft tissue, movement based, massage technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in releasing tension and restrictions within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

What is Treatment like?

Every session is a combination of examination and treatment. Evaluation of the muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves is done to find sources of dysfunction. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements. RAPID sessions may be uncomfortable during the movement phase of the treatment. This occurs as the central nervous system is engaged and the adhesions are broken helping to restore normal function.

Clients are drawn to and prefer RAPID because of the faster, more effective and longer lasting results  when compared to traditional massage as well as other forms of manual therapy.
